Very glad we used Dyer, Inc for our new septic system. It gave us a secure feeling to do business with a local company. After researching others, they were the best deal. The finished work was amazing; it was a difficult task with not a lot of space in our back yard, but Bill was able to engineer just enough room for the drain field. He and his son were very courteous and explained the procedure which was completed quickly and efficiently.

We had them come out to my camp on November 28 to clean out my septic system. I called on the 27 around noon and they showed up early the next morning. They are about 40 miles from my camp and called to let me know they were just leaving and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Definitely will use their services again.

We have used Dyer for septic pumping for a number of years now. Whether it’s an emergency or regular system maintenance they are the ones to call. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a second home in northern Wisconsin that has a septic system. I knew nothing about septic as I live in the Chicago area with sewer systems. I had no idea how they operated or what I was supposed to do to keep it running properly, particularly in the winter. Within weeks of buying the place, the County required that I have the system drained and tested.I saw that Dyer had originally installed our system many years ago, so I called Dyer and found them to be exceptionally helpful and patient with a new client. They took the time to answer many questions and offered great advice. Pumped the system and then took care of the paperwork for the County.More recently, I started a project to winterize my house and one of the things I needed to know was where were the lines buried and what would i need to do for winterization of this system. They again were extremely patient and answered every question I asked even though this time they weren’t charging me for their help.Bottom line, they are outstanding and I am extremely appreciative of all their help. Five Stars, I’d do more if I could!

I had a back-up in my system on a Sunday night, I called Dyer expecting to get a voicemail being it was a Sunday. NOPE, Kathy and Bill were right there to take my call, and Ross promptly came out first thing Monday morning to inspect my system. Very impressed with the response time and professionalism.
