Immediately a legal assistant connected me with a Mr. Lutz who was able to make time for me next-day. I was impressed by the prompt service and the personal touch.

Disappointed that we used the services 3 times in less than 3 years and he did not recognize us. So much for the personal touch. When we sold our cottage, he did not certify the cheque so we waited 4 days for the funds. Communication was not less than stellar. However, his assistant was great.
