I don't generally find the store to bad but was confused yesterday at lunch time when I went in and tried to order chicken when the high School was letting out for lunch! I was told sorry we don't serve chicken or mojo when high school is out for lunch"! Confused!! Is the not the whole point about sales! Why does it matter they are high school kids? What kind of sales model is this based on? Is that not discrimination of some sort?"

One of the few convenience stores in Mackenzie, and from my understanding the only that's open 24 hours. It's fairly standard by 7Eleven standards, but the quality of the hot food can be really hit and miss.

Coffee is always hot and ready, and their pizza is actually really delicious, as is a lot of the hit food. Better staffing coverage would be great for shift starting times when the Driver's are heading out for work. Pleasant staff, always clean. Glad they're always open, cuz nothing else is!

It's one of the only convenient stores in Mackenzie so it's a busy place throughout the day. Normally always fresh supply of potato wedges and chicken.

I'm not understanding the amount of time we are having to wait for coffees and slushies, because the cashiers have to service us, they are not wearing mask or gloves, they are touching money and other products, that other customers are touching. I think I would rather take my chances make my own coffee and be in and out of the store in a few mins, then the 35 mins I just waited. But I'm able to go in the store and touch every product, door handle and debit machine. I was told it's because they can't wipe it down after each person has touched it. But they are not wiping down the cooler doors, or counter, debit machine. Or there hands.

I have a mixed feelings about this 7 eleven. 85% of the staff are awesome and helpful. This morning though was a whole another story. I came into the store before we went out to work. I wanted to buy a google play card and the cashier tried to process it and said she couldn't. Similar to what happened last year. What confused me was this year since my crew has been out here working,i have purchased google play card a few times(in the evening) an zero problems. However not the case this morning. When she said it cannot be processed, i admitingly got annoyed and questioned why. The woman got really rude, extremely defensive and was very condescending towards me. All because i questioned how it was possible that the system could not process the google play card when at nighttime it isnt a problem. The woman was so rude and i admit i didn't react to her as calmly as i should. Which i will own and severly apologize for.Nonetheless her behavior was childish, unprofessional and dusturbing. Making a scene like that in front of customers was utterly unbecomingThanks and sorry about this
