Amazing customer service!! I email them on a design I needed printed and they were very fast to respond, then, I dropped in to make some changes they were glad to help!! Printed it for me on the spot, then, I had a few more requirements, they called me to follow up with quality, I couldn't be more happier, and I wouldn't use anyone else for my printing needs. Also, their open until 12 midnight!! Which is very convenient for people who are busy during the day!! Thanks again!!

Horrible service! Do not go here! I needed to get architectural drawings printed on a large format, it took 1 hour to get my prints even though I was the first in line and then my final prints were horrible. It seemed like they were done with fast draft print. I asked them and they told me that its because of the type of paper. But I print on that paper type all the time. When I asked if I could get a discount... they only gave me 2 dollars off when in fact they should have given it to me for free. The quality was so bad I had to print them again from a different print shop the exact same day. Waste of money and time.

They are overcharging for their services. Used to be a regular customer here. When they changed the price I asked why and they said this was always the price. Then they called me a liar. I have no reason to lie and have the transactions as proof

The company is good but they need to train everyone on pricing. Every time I call in requesting pricing for an order the price changes at least 3 times within the hour and nobody knows what pricing is. I always get something different and its very frustrating especially when you've already quoted your clients on this pricing. I'd say their price isn't reliable and they don't say their names when you call so you can't even reference who told you the pricing.

THey are liars and thieves , sent two cell phones, only one received by friend. The employee put one phone on the invoice and of course never gave me a copy of that . I sent a picture of both phones, IMEI everything to track it.and no warehouse has it, Be ware people. Print Me Design Store full thieves!

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. Inwent 3 times and the service was quick and perfect. Just in and out qith my copies. Good place and I will keep coming back. Highly recommended.

Rude and absolutely useless, came here a few weeks ago to try and get some documents printed scanned. The female receptionist was on her phone for about three minutes before acknowledging me (I was the only customer in there). Asked whether they could print/scan some documents for me, her response was that they could, bu their machines aren't working at the moment. Didn't offer me any alternatives or even to come back at a different time. She was clearly over her job and didn't want to be there. I asked about their closing time that day and then asked if their hours were the same throughout the week. Point blank, her answer was No." Literally looked at her for five seconds waiting for her to tell me the hours for the week... and nothing. This place must be a money making machine since they couldn't care less about their customer service. Unless you want to deal with incompetence and terrible service

I've been a customer for over 3 years. Great service and very reasonable. I can print my documents and fax files. They open pretty late which make it very convenient for me. Also great customer service. Highly recommended.

I came here to print my Chinese passport, but reception didn't know the requirements(the width and height of the photo) clearly the first time. Even when I took the photo, my eye wasn't looking at the camera, and then they told me the photo is good. I have to ask them again to retake the photo, there are still some issues with the photo. But they need to charge me the same price to fix that.
