I’ve never felt so loved until I became a part of Crave Church. Everyone here is friendly and supportive. I’m so glad that I grew up in Crave with people that always have my back. The presence of God is so strong when you step into the auditorium, you won’t regret joining Crave. There will be people that will help you grow closer to God and walk with you. The best church I’ve ever been to! 100% recommend!

I joined crave when I was in high school not knowing what a healthy church looked/felt like. I wasn't raised in a Christian home and I had no idea what to look for in a church. I got caught up in their love bombing, worship and hangouts.I joined when I was young and impressionable. I didn't see anything wrong with a 23 year old hanging out with kids. The “pastor” of crave would bribe kids in his complex with money and gift cards to join him in his living room for “church.” I wish I had known how messed up of a situation it was then. We were also guilted into skipping school to help out with the Christian club that Marlon preached at in my school.After many years of faithfully serving there, I've finally left. I now have to seek therapy for the treatment I received there. The constant guilt tripping, gaslighting, gossip and micromanaging has ruined my perception of church. It's hard for me to step back into a faith community/any church because of how hurt crave has left me.I believe that crave is a religious cult by how they operate and my therapists have also agreed that crave is a cult as well.If you're looking for a faith community, I would strongly suggest looking in another direction. The pastor" of crave has had no seminary training. Crave also has no legit deacons/elders or church board of directors. There is no one overseeing what the leaders do here

Three Reasons not to attend Crave:1. One of the fundamental issues plaguing the teachings of this church is the consistent misuse of scripture. Leaders often employ passages out of context, distorting their original meaning and intent. This practice not only compromises the integrity of the message but also manipulates and misleads congregants. By cherry-picking verses to fit personal interpretations or agendas, these leaders create an incomplete and distorted understanding of the biblical text. Furthermore, the teachings provided by the leaders of this church are characterized by their elementary nature. They often lack depth, complexity, and theological nuance. Instead of delving into the profound wisdom and richness of the scriptures, the leaders present a simplistic and shallow interpretation that fails to challenge and stimulate the intellectual and spiritual growth of the congregation. Such an approach undermines the potential for individuals to develop a comprehensive understanding of their faith.2.The heavy spiritual manipulation present within Crave Church cannot be ignored. Controlling leaders employ paradoxical tactics, convincing their followers that they are not trying to control them. By exposing these manipulative strategies and raising awareness about the dangers of spiritual manipulation, individuals can protect themselves and others from the harmful effects of such practices. It is essential for individuals within Crave Church to seek answers from the Holy Spirit, trust their instincts, seek external support, foster critical thinking, and reclaim their autonomy in order to break free from the grip of manipulation and reclaim their spiritual well-being.3.The role of a pastor within a religious community is one of leadership, guidance, and support. However, when a pastor consistently uses sermons to speak against individuals and manipulates their members into thinking they have done nothing wrong, it becomes necessary to shed light on these unethical practices. Unfortunately the pastor within this church is known by many to be manipulative, narcissistic, and controlling. The “pastor” often uses his sermons as a platform to speak against specific individuals, tarnishing their reputation and character without providing substantial evidence or allowing for a fair defense. He utilizes persuasive rhetoric and emotional appeals to turn the congregation against the targeted individuals, manipulating their perception and fostering a sense of righteous indignation. Ex. Using sermon to speak against people for leaving the church.

The pastor calls me his daughter and takes credit for saving me at my lowest points when it wasn't him or the church but God (－‸ ლ). I love this church but I have to put a 1 star because I hate how they only try to talk to me or get close to me because they want to get information about me (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵). Other than that, I love this church!! °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

Crave Church is an intentional church that doesn’t only have a Christ-centred vision, but a church that undoubtedly lives out its mission.It is a church that exalts Jesus and the preachings are solely based on the bible and not what the church wants to hear.Pastor Marlon is a leader who has a heart for the people and who is very passionate about bringing them to the feet of Jesus. He is someone who genuinely cares about the people in this church - loving us, teaching us, guiding us, and leading us closer to God. I have only been a part of this church for just over a year but the amount of things that I have learned and my spiritual growth is ineffable.I remember the first time I have stepped into this church and I instantly felt part of the community- it was very welcoming, just like a family. A family that worships together, prays together, eats together, reaches out to people together, and does life together.Crave Church definitely embodies its vision - creating a space of grace for imperfect people to crave God.Highly recommend!

Best church i’ve been to

For me finding a church where I could grow spiritually was Hard. I thought I was never gonna find the right One. One where I felt a sense of belonging as I was really struggling with the feeling of belonging and worth.Then I heard about Crave ChurchI have been attending crave for almost 2 years now and from the moment I Walked through the doors I felt so welcomed and loved.I definitely felt God's presence within the church and the atmosphere that the church creates.Crave church is just not a church but a family as well.For me since being at crave church for almost 2 years now I felt a huge difference in my life. I felt impacted through the sermon and the friendships I have made.I am so blessed and grateful I found Crave church and I so happy and blessed to call Crave church my home church. I have never felt so much closer to God then I do since I started attending crave and since being at crave over the last almost 2 years I have felt loved and worth and a sense of belonging.As we say at church . This is Family this is home welcome to your space of Grace.I love Crave and the atmosphere they create.God is moving within the church.I am so happy to apart of what God is gonna do.If you have been searching for a church to call home.Then Crave church is the One.
