TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Not professional at all, I just went there today to inquire about my business account to get an email confirmation re my business acct. Im a lawyer who has been using TD for many years but customer service wise, I have never had a manager aggressively hint that they dont want me there because they are about to close. I understand I came 5 min before closing and I left 10min after 8pm but I have never been treated in such a manner where the manager is slowly hinting to me to leave the premises. I even said sorry numerous time about coming right before closing. He even opened the door for me while I was still speaking with him. They were somewhat trying to help but I find it extremely rude when your clearly hinting to your customers that you want them to leave because it is closing time. I was literally there for exactly 15min tops. This is clearly not a branch that caters to professionals.

Believe me, I go to this branch once a week. The employees of this branch serve the customers with an open mindgreat service very nice stuff with smiles, td Canada trust should be proud of this branch

I was in a hurry to open an account and get 12 post-dated cheques to secure an apartment I had been viewing. I sat down with a representative and had the option of an expedited cheque order. We paid for the expediting which meant 2-3 business days.On the fourth day, Saturday, we still had no notification. I was getting worried so I visited the branch. They had no trace of our order. I was absolutely livid in my mind but tried to be understanding. They said they would rush them Monday because it's Saturday and the place where cheques are created is not open weekends.After visiting the bank Monday, we were informed that the cheques STILL HAD NOT BEEN SUBMITTED FOR CREATION. I would've lost a place to live had it not been for a sympathetic and understanding landlord.This bank is full of morons. I dealt with 3 of them personally, including a manager. We still ended up paying for our cheques, minus the expediting fee. This is NOT good enough for such negligence.I urge you not to bank at such an incompetent location. I learned the hard way that they don't care about you.

This location is the most worst customer service I've ever experienced with TD Canada trust! The manager Zalmai Khairi is super unprofessional and extremely rude. Does not know how to treat customers, surprised how he even got to be a manager customer experience" position with his temper issue. I'm very disappointed in the way he handled our situation and I will never go to this location again! I've been banking with TD for over 20 years and just because of him I will be taking my banking else where. Pathetic customer service at its finest."

I wish I can give them 0 Star. Worst customer service ever. I’m really thinking about switching the bank at this point. Not just that staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing; Manager (Jennifer Chase) is no different and thinks customers are clueless and she can make up whatever stories. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestion on what bank I should switch to.

This branch has horrible tellers! Usama Khalid in particular. He is so rude and obnoxious that it’s shocking that Td bank has stooped this low to hire such incompetent beings. He had so much attitude and such little knowledge about his job it was ridiculous! If Td wants to take their business seriously they have to start cleaning out the dirt in their own company.

For three years in a row they have continually made errors in my student line of credit. They have never got it right the first time and continually lock me out of my account requiring me to return to the branch multiple times for a simple task. When speaking to a second or third employee about the problem they just blame it on the last and never admit to their mistakes. I would not recommend visiting this branch if you would like to have a quick and easy bank transaction.

Just like any other branch, this one is not perfect. From time to time you’ll come across many new employees who lack of experience (sometimes knowledge). However, management is very understanding and helpful. Wanted to give shot out to Zahra, she always finds a way out. Thanks.

If I could this branch 0 stars I would. Managers and staff are unknowledgeable and unwilling to help out clients. I came here twice first, to print off my RRSP tax papers because I never received them in the mail. This happned in the past before and they straight up tell you that they no longer provide that. Which is clear bull. I've managed to get them from other TD locations. If you don't know, don't tell your clients false information. Secondly, I wanted to transfer my mortgage payments to another bank but they said it is not done on their end, which I had been advised that they were the ones who had the power to transfer my funds, not the other way around. This branch needs better training and proper knowledge. Stop wasting people's valuable time. Very disappointed especially in an area like Ajax.

Love this bank! I always come here on Saturdays and the staff is incredible! Naqib has always been great help and has helped me enormously in understanding the financial aspect! Great bank & great staff!
