What an absolutely horrible experience. Staff is not helpful, return policy is ridiculous...how do u not communicate to your customers that if you purchase a 2 or 5k light fixture and you change your mind that is not allowed....sorry u get an in store credit only...absolutely shameful customer service.

Horrible had an interview on the Monday for warehouse guy seemed to be dicrimanting due to I am a female and can't handle it I seemed to have convinced him I do have the qualifications due to the fact I have 3 years experience running logistics at a greenhouse got a call today advising me not to come in on Monday that he had decided to hire someone more qualified for the job... He originally wanted me to come in and unload a container on Wednesday to see if I could handle it I'm glad I didn't say yes and quit my current job... the guy seems extremely shady and unreliable...never apply there..

Felt like I went back in time back to the 80's, that would've been fun and cool, but didn't have a hot tub close by to get me there. Lighting place was nothing special, older stock, expensive, staff helpful and nice though.

My husband and I went into the store this past Saturday. Not one sales person approached or acknowleged us. There 3 girls behind the counter and the 2 people out on the floor were helping others. They walked by us several times but not a word. We spotted a light up front by the cash counter where the 3 girls were. We stood there for a couple of minutes and no one. We had probably been in that store for a total of 40-50 minutes and no one offered, not even a smile. We are renovating our home and needed fixtures for every room. Oh well! Maybe we wouldve got help if we had texted them instead of personal service.

Purchased a post lamp, the lamp broke off the post within 2 years. Normal ? I Called them 3 times, they never returned any calls. I went to the store and gave them the broken lamp to match up. I was told the lamp was not under warranty. I can't understand why no though, clearly being a Mfr defect. I never heard back after repeated calls and never received a replacement. Very poor customer service.

I wish I could give no star rating. I am building a new house and I am in search of all the lights for it. I have always purchased my lighting from Home Lighting from the Italian lady that I think owns it. I am not sure what happened to her or the store. The store is dark and dirty. The girl behind the counter who looked like little red hiding hood, was sitting on the stool behind the counter eating while on her computer playing video games or watching a movie. I was bothering her when I asked for help with a few lights. Does she realize she is working for someone and not at home with her slippers on and glued to her laptop??? Poor customer service. She must be related to someone to be able to have such bad work ethics. Don’t go to Home Lighting a complete waste of time.

went to this store to purchase 3 special lights for our cabinet they said they matched it from their inventory It was wrong THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE $50 BUCKS NOR WOULD THEY TRY AND GET THE CORRECT ONETOO BAD I LOSE!!! WITH THIS ATTITUDE THIS STORE WILL LOOSE NEVER GOING BACK
