Suzy Shier | Le Château

Lynn was amazing. Very Helpful towards me and my family, helped us pick out our dress and took time to help us with discounts etc and what was better to do for our family. Workers and manager are the best here. By far my favourite dress shop ever !

I had an amazing experience shopping at Suzy Shier in Oshawa. The sale person Lynn was amazing and very helpful. Lynn was very friendly and made you feel very special. Wish every sales lady would be as friendly as her, shopping would be a breeze.

Very disappointed with Suzy Shier I used to buy my clothes here all the time ever since they merged with Le Chateau the sizes are ridiculously small. I bought a couple size 9 dress pants when I took them out I was like they look like they could fit a teen and then I sized them up with Reitman’s dress pants size 4 and they were exact match, how could a size 4 match with a size 9 I don’t care that they are different companies it just goes to show how tiny the sizes are not everyone is a tiny model size.

We had an amazing experience at Suzy Shier. There were lots of varied dress choices for grade 8 and grade 12 grad. the employees were so so helpful— attentive and complementary. We found the perfect dress for my daughter’s graduation— the fit was perfect and there was matching jewelry. Lynn went over and above calling stores to try and find and shoes in her size. Unlike some other dress shops , the store offered sales 30% for the dress shop— as well as a further 10% for signing up for texts. The dress, shoes and jewellery altogether cost a little more than half of the cost for the dress alone at the other dress shop we went to— and it looked beautiful in her.

I'm writing this review due to poor management. I've been in Suzy's quite a few times with my wife and although it doesn't happen often, you can sometimes hear what seems like the store manager being rude or overly harsh to her employees and doesn't seem to put in the same work. I would suggest keeping concerns with your employees behind the scenes, giving appropriate and helpful criticism or just being more careful when you approach your employees.

My experience here was amazing! The customer service I experienced was not only phenomenal, but it truly shows that the company values and appreciates their customers. Lynn was so helpful, kind, and was was extremely friendly right from the start. She made my shopping experience 100% better. I highly recommend!
