Rajat and Harbinder make renting a car a seamless and accurate transaction. Both exude the highest level of professionalism and customer service. I personally live in Niagara Falls and would never consider using another rental company or another location. Great online process and backed by a friendly team willing to do everything necessary for a great customer experience. I highly recommend this location and the committed staff.

Needed a rental car while my car was in for repairs. Everyone here was understanding, kind, organized and went above and beyond. The SUV I had was great and they explained everything in full details. I highly recommend renting a vehicle from here

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
We rented a car threw insurance, made us pay a deposit never got it back, said insurance didn’t pay enough but once they paid still no deposit back, I have to nag them for it back still. On top of it car was not cleaned properly, food on the floor and car smelled like feet. We cleaned it anyways because it was gross. We took pictures (make sure you take pictures with time and date) they tried to say we made a dent that was already there luckily I had the pics over all a one star experience. If I could give them a zero I would.

Great customer service is so hard to find these days so when I'm fortunate enough to experience it, something must be said. The Welland store is very well run and Raj, Mitch and Ilyab's service was absolutely exceptional. I highly recommend them and Enterprise!

Had a great experience with Enterprise Welland. I have rented from many agencies around the world but never had such a high level of customer service as provided by Elton. Went above and beyond to ensure we were staisfied with the rental they were providing. Would definitely rent there again
