We used Nikari Homes for a major (down to the studs!) renovation of our condo. Not only did Chad and his team do work of exemplary quality, but everyone we interacted with was polite, professional, and answered our questions and concerns (whether by email, text, or phone call) promptly. They had no problem working within the constraints set by our Strata Corporation, and always left the work site clean and tidy. Work was done promptly and with a smile. We recently did a renovation on our newly purchased condo in Kerrisdale.The reno involved gutting the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, tile work, some drywalland interior lighting.We hired Chad La Pointe of Nikari Homes to contract and manage this reno for us.We could not have been happier with the experience we had working with Chad!We moved to our home in Whistler and this reno started March 2, 2020 just as COVID19 hit BC!Chad managed to have all the necessary trades come in to work SAFETLY and kept everything on schedule.All Chad's trades people were a pleasure to deal with!We inspected the progress weekly on day trips to Vancouver and Chad met with us everytime.The reno was completed and we moved back in June 4, 2020Communication with Chad was exceptional, he answered all calls and responded to all emails in a very timely manner. We received updates and photos regularly.
