5 days ago my right shoulder was blocked, couldn't use my arm...lots of pain, couldn't sleep during the night.Went at Essentials for therapeutic massage (couple times), met BIANCA and as of today I could use my arm almost 100% , no more pain, drove to Toronto & back today.. like new.Can't describe in words her kindness, friendly approach, extensive knowledge and professionalism.WOW!!! Thanks, Bianca!!!I will definitely be a constant customer, pls book my next appointment!THANK YOU!!!

I went here for the first time today and I was really impressed with the quality of service, the kind and friendly staff and the terrific price-point for each treatment. I was especially impressed with Agata because she was very meticulous and she took great pride in her work. I highly recommend Essentials!

Kathy is an amazing RMT. She's professional, personable, and gave me great advice on how to stretch my problem areas when I'm at home. My massage was amazing and the pains that I've been having in my neck and upper shoulders were alleviated. Essentials spa is clean and smells amazing. Everyone is nice and the services seem fair in price. 10/10 would recccomend.

One of the worst manicures I ever got. First couldn’t choose my own color. The receptionist showed me a few colors, I picked the one I disliked the least. Shellac usually lasts at least a couple of weeks. This time one came off in two days. Most of them were gone within a week. And it wasn’t cheap either. Never coming back.

Essentials Spa is not a place I would recommend for acrylic nails. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere but at the end of the day, they are aestheticians, not nail technicians. I’m sure they’re great with the massage, waxing and facial services they offer but it should not be advertised on their website that they do “nail enhancements”. If you don’t want your nails to lift after a few days do not go here for a set or fill. In my opinion, it would be better for their business if they specialized in what they are more experienced with. Hopefully one day someone will open a nail salon that is as clean as Essentials!
