Beachcomber Hot Tubs & Patio
Originally we had a hot tub from Artic Spas but it froze over the winter so we were in the market for a new one. We went to Beachcomber while shopping around for a new hot tub. Ryan, one of the sales people we spoke to, was very helpful and very friendly. He walked us through the different hot tub options and eventually we bought a Beachcomber hot tub. After the hot tub was delivered, he came to our house and gave us an hour walk through of exactly how to chemicalize it and what to do if we encountered any problems. He was very patient and answered all one thousand of our questions. The hot tub itself is wonderful. The built-in speakers are definitely a highlight of the tub. It was a positive experience overall!

I bought my Beachcomber from the Sherwood Park location but get my water testing and products from the Southside. I love visiting this location because it's always a joy to work with Bianca. She's super friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and overall just really awesome to deal with. Thanks for being a Rockstar Bianca! People like you keep customers coming back!

Ryan at Beachcomber was very helpful in showing us several different hot tub options when we came into the store. We finally decided on a Bullfrog spa. Delivery was quick and the delivery people were great in making sure our spot was level enough.Ryan arrived 2 days later to make sure we were properly educated on the chemicals and workings of the tub.We are very happy with the Bullfrog Spa. The A7 was exactly what we wanted for a therapeutic hot tub.We highly recommend Ryan at Beachcomber and will definitely come back to the store. Lots of options to make our outdoor space exactly how we want it!Thank you again for your help!!

Went to this place first thing the sales person said was am i buying and to not waste his time. Then i asked him questions about the sound he didnt want to answer and said it was a waste of money. I then asked about the different jets options he said they were the same. Told me to look up everything online. I dont recommend buying from here.

I really have no words on how we were treated here.. Never in my life did I have a sales guy at our house at 11:30pm @ -26c to help me out when the tub didn't start up as it should when we received it. Ryan was so fast on getting the right people there the next morning Saturday on a long weekend I might add" and getting the problem fixed. Had us up and running by the end of the day. They Didn't just take our money and forget about us they treated us like family."
