We love LHR. They handled our remodel perfectly. We had then do our kitchen, master bath, hall bath and dining room. It turned out beautiful and it was a breeze for such a large project. They handled out everything and communicated to us when all the trades would be there and always had someone available to answer any questions. Thank you for our beautiful space. We love it!

It starts with their planning and communication. They are innovative on redesigning a house to better fit the homeowner’s lifestyle. The design team creates a walk through video to see the complete project with all your selections. Their in house designer meets with the clients and subcontractor teams for smooth coordination and communication. Another bonus is having a dedicated superintendent for each job to see through completion. I have not seen or heard of an unhappy customer, and so happy to work with such a professional and honest company!

Excellent company to work with, the whole crew kept in close contact with an excellent response time and answered any questions or concerns we had in regards to the project. They transformed our house with an updated and moder curb appeal. They changed out our old porch and transformed the area to a new entry way, an office space and a walk in closet. Their quote was very competitive with other remodeling contractors and they were able to build exactly what we were wanting. The quality of their workmanship was excellent as was that of their subcontractors. They were respectful, profesion, and kept an open line of communication. We decided on London Renovation because they were reasonably priced and met every request and answered every phone call with a great attitude before we even decided to go with them. They were so easy to communicate with and they worked around all of our weird requests (we wanted to do a lot of the finish work ourselves).
