Wonderful, amazing manicure and pedicure by Cindy. Friendly staff. Was not pushed into any add on. This is the best experience that I have had so far. Will continue to to have my manicures and pedicures here for sure.

My go to spot for a haircut! When I'm on the chair I can say that I trust Tu with my life :) Especially with asian hair, you can't go wrong with his cuts.Even a quick conversation with him you can tell how passionate and talented he is in his work.A very clean environment to the point where its not noticeable I even got a hair cut when I step out (Plus he made sure no hair got on my shoes which is a big in my books).

I've been going to see Mary for a manicure & pedicure for a year now, and she does such a wonderful job! She's so creative & always helps me choose what to do with my nails & toes and I appreciate her insight. I always enjoy my time with her as well, she is very sweet & nice to talk to.Everyone at the salon is super friendly and welcoming. I've had a few other employees do my pedicure before too, and I'm never disappointed! They all do a great job. The salon is clean & bright. Highly recommend this place!!

Absolutely amazing! I went there for my nails once, I have never and will never go anywhere else again. They are so kind and so skilled. Not only will you come out of there with great nails but also happy and relaxed, all for a great price. The highlight of every month is coming here and I recommend it to everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Popped in randomly during a visit to Waterloo yesterday. No appointment and they fit me in for both a pedicure and removal of nail extensions/shellac manicure. Was impressed with quality. Very reasonably priced too!

Clean and affordable for how luxurious the salon looked. Was quick and affordable, I got my fade exactly how I wanted. Girlfriend also loved how good her nails looked. Will be returning for his quality and the staff's level of customer service!

I came because I saw the high reviews. But, I would not come back to get my nails done. I had nail extensions with Mary. She was lovely. The work is pretty good and it looks great if you don’t look into the details. The bottom picture shows how it looks 2 weeks later and it lasts a long time which is great! Unfortunately I believe hygiene can be greatly improved in this salon. First, customers were not informed to wash their hand and just hand sanitizer before performing any manicure services. When I put my hands on the table with the mat, my palm were covered with previous manicure dust and residues. The station was not wiped after each client because if it does, my hands would have not been dirty. Second, I end up with dip powder instead of gel nails because she recommended it. I am fine with that however, Mary would dip your finger straight into the powder tub. This is not good hygiene practice. You are supposed to use separate medicine cups and all unused powder must be discarded and never reused on another client. This increases the risk of cross contamination between clients and bacteria growth. Third, the work looks beautiful from a far but my skin was glued because the nail glue seeps outside of the nail. Additionally, some of my nails started to lift from the fake nail and debris end up getting in between my nail and the fake nail. This would not occur if the fake nails were properly attached to the nails. Moreover, the whole service felt rushed as well and I did not really enjoy it. In the end, the work does look great from a distance, however the lack of hygiene practice will not make me return.

I’ve been going to Tu for haircuts for a long time. He does a great job every time. There’s nobody better than him for Asian haircuts in the whole kw area. Also his prices are the best you can find!

I’m a first time customer of Tu, he’s been cutting my brothers hair now for a while and I decided to go get a hair cut from him. I really enjoyed the conversation, and he helped with not only giving me a great hair cut but also helped guide me to style it properly and effectively on my own. Very great person with passion and great quality work.I will be going back regularly!
