Wow! Sudbury's best kept secret. Excellent mechanics. Friendly staff including the lovely secretary. Very thoughtful and considerate of my needs. Very accommodating and prices reasonable. I'll go back! Thanks to my daughter and son in law for the recommend.

While I haven't technically had a customer experience here (yet), this shop went out of their way to help my mother & I when we experienced a problem an hour away from home.We walked in ~45 minutes before close on a Friday, as it was the closest shop when we noticed the problem. Every employee was busy working, the shop looked professional, and the staff was engaged.A man (possibly the owner) approached us and took time out of his busy day to help us. Despite the fact we weren't paying customers, and the shop was full & closing soon, he figured out the problem (outside), thoroughly explained it, and gave us recommendations on what to do next.He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and we are extremely grateful for his kindness. It would have been easy for him to say not my problem"

Introduced years ago in an Emergency situation. Rod was willing to keep me on and I remain a very happy client to this day. He ensured meticulous car maitenance through the life of a little red Ford Focus and now my autumn colored Ford Escape...highly recommend.

Rod and his team have helped me out so many times over the years, I can't even list them all. The main take-away anyone needs is simple - Rod is as straight forward and honest as they come. If you're like me and you're NOT a auto mechanic, being able to trust your mechanic is so important. And you can trust Rod. He won't tell you to fix things that aren't broken, will *always* tell you when an issue is a safety issue, OR if you can wait a bit to fix it. I think it's been about 12 years that we've been customers, and we couldn't be happier.

Do not believe anything the owner of this place tells you. Made me book a week in advance to do a straightforward job and then after dropping off the vehicle a week later it sat in his lot all day and wasn't touched until 1/2 hour before closing and proceeded to whine about how busy he was. Pretty sure that week lead time should have sufficed? Then he didn't even know how to do the work, got flustered and rude and said either leave and I'll get around to it whenever or F" off with the car and leave him alone. This guy is clueless. Stay away you've been alerted."

I cannot say enough good things about this auto shop. Very busy but very knowledgeable, fair priced, ethical, conscientious, friendly, polite. Follows all COVID protocols very well.

Rod and his team provide great service. Been to Furlanis 3 to 4 times and always very honest and very fair pricing. Went the extra mile for me today and greatly appreciated Highly Recommended

Straight shooter, no bs. Avoid the main stream mechanics and come here if you want to save some money and not be scammed

If I had listened to my wife years ago I would have saved 100’s of dollars by taking the vehicle into Rod and his professional and pleasant crew of mechanics.Fair price always with your best interest at heart.They are busy but I continue to recommend this auto shop to many people.
