Useless staff.I called specifically to hold an item to be picked up the same day and they misplaced the item. I need this item urgently and the staff barely looked for it and made me travel 10km to another location. Don’t even bother coming to this location. Trash.

Had couple times great experience with printing help. The staff is helpful however I believe they are overwhelmed with work and it seems they do great job regardless. Tnx

No issues with the store but watch out for the delivery drivers, they will hit you if you don’t get out of the way and it won’t matter if you had the right of way, unfortunately this specific driver had a rental vehicle but ultimately the store is responsible for its staff and contractors as well as business it operates with.Will change and update if addressed

Great service. I went in to find an item their website said they had but wasn't on the shelf. The item I was looking for ended up being in the back so it never hurts to ask if you can't find what you're looking for! Both people I talked to were very friendly and helpful.

Copy&Print department is the best you’ll get in lower mainland because Kunal literally will go above and beyond to help you out! I have a Staples near tricities but guess what? They turned me away while Kunal literally helped me step by step from Burnaby. Appreciate it big time.

Top notch customer serviceWe came to the store today looking for office supplies. There was one item without visible stock on the shelf. An associate named Sam went to check different aisle and shelf then in warehouse to get what we are looking for.It’s only a small item but he helped us to find it, awesome service thank you!

Selection was a bit limited and the staff were hard to find. They were nice and helpful once you are able to find one of them though.
