Good Notary service but slightly disorganized. Never came out to address an error made on his (Nelson) end and hastily asked his secretary to issue a cash refund. Definitely lacking that professional social interaction skills.

Nelson and his staff are so friendly and helpful. The first time we went to his office, him and his team gave advice and help for free almost in a way a friend would. You can feel that his team has a very personable culture and is there to help and not for the money. I really hope Nelson and his company grows even more for the years to come!
