Worst experience ever they have made multiple mistakes and told me many this that were not true if I could leave a zero start rating I would. Never going to use there service again and I recommend never using this company as you will end up owning money to them and the government. And the instant refund is a scam they upload your tax return to a pre paid visa and take ridiculous amount of money everytime you use it. By far my worst experience during tax season.

Horrible experience! Indian lady was supposed to do my tax and seems like ,she picks and choose customers ( racism perhaps) , I waited and waited,not going back and would not recommended to anyone.

Customer service is really bad. I called them to ask something about taxes and the person who picked up was rude and unhelpful. Really bad experience. Showing attitude and disrespect to the customers, is that what H&R stands for? If anyone needs to know about the taxes who else should they call. Please work on it. My experience is ruined now. Never gonna do my taxes from here. Never!

Employee told me my tax return was not available to claim as she was clearly very inexperienced and did not know how to correctly do her job. She then got very offended when i was trying to explain what a capital gain was. Next she tells me to go and use liberty tax instead which i then did. I would recommend liberty tax as their employees know what they are doing. H&R Block is clearly a very 'laid back franchise'.

Shittiest experience I have ever had. I booked an appointment and I still had to wait an hour to get someone to help me and by that time I had to go to work. So legit waste of my time. And also their so called tax pros" didn't seem like pros at all. I'm definitely filing my taxes somewhere else."
