Hertz Car Rental - Langley - 5923 Production Way HLE

Booked last minute at Hertz because my car needed to be fixed. I was able to pickup the car within the hour. The Hertz website worked great and I paid a fair price. Staff here were fast and efficient. Nice upgrade too.

I was told on the phone paying with Interac was ok and booked a car in advance. When I arrived, they didn't have a car, were scrambling to try to provide one, and insisted on a credit card for payment. They then told me they had tried to call to cancel my booking but my cell showed no call attempt and my ringer was on! I ended up walking out

We came in to have an extra driver added. They were happy to assist us, and helped us even with older reservation questions that we had.

Awesome experience every time i rent a car from Hertz Langley. Cars are in pretty good condition and staff there is super helpful! Special thanks to Tushar for being very transparent to the customers and welcoming!

I have coverage to get a car through my insurance for a car while my car is in the shop. The place that I used to fix my car arranged me getting a car with Hertz (FREE OF CHARGE - as I pay for this through my insurance coverage). These guys have charged me a total of 5 different transactions for all different amounts. When I call them to explain what the heck is all these charges, all I am told is that do not worry about it. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT??? Are you insane. You are putting charges on my credit card willy nilly and I am to not worry about it. This is fraud!!! I did not authorized any charges. You asked for a credit card and I asked what's the reason for the credit card and I was told it's a hold of $48 dollars that will be released once the vehicle is returned. Stealing is a crime. And I will be reporting this.

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. I rented a car and was asked if I wanted to purchase the fuel option which I was told was for a customer convenience when I return the car four days later and received my invoice I was charged $116 for a quarter tank of gas I was told that’s what the customer convenience was After arguing with the manager about it he told me I would receive a refund of $50 then when I did not get it refunded to my credit card I called back and he told me that the refund was only approved for $40 and it would take a month for it to be processed after waiting almost 2 months I called back to find out that it was refused they were not going to do the lousy $40 credit BE CAREFUL HERE OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHI KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DIING

Service was super slow. They were 1 hour late with the rental. Returned it full (at least the same way we saw it) but they ended up topping it up even more after I returned it and charged us $45 more at over $3 a Ltr. I even tried to show them the receipt that I put more fuel in the vehicle before I dropped it off. They told me I returned it full, but they were able to get more in it anyway. HUH? Be aware of this.. We have never had this happen to us before and we have rented cars many times.

I rented a vehicle here as my own was being repaired at the shop next door. The agent was polite and quick. However I noticed that when I got the damage pictures they did not include a red material that seemed to be stuck to the top of the vehicle. I asked the agent to take a picture and add it to the damage pictures and he refused. He said it is above eye sight so it doesn't matter. I am concerned because I suspect it is dried on tomato or some other acid like material. It has been raining severely for the past 2 weeks so if it would rinse off I expect it would already be gone but it is hardened on the roof. I do not want to be charged for this and there does not seem to be anyone that will assist. No contacts are provided except to talk with the agent and he is not helpful.

Honestly my experience was great with when I come here , Hussain kapadia helped me out and everything worked out perfectly, haven’t had any bad experiences with the Langley location as yet .

We had a great experience with this location and company. the staff are kind and helpful. We unfortunately got stuck in a situation where we needed immediate assistance and calling the staff here from our location which was far out, they still walked us through the steps we needed to do in order to get help. They did not just pass the problem off to one another, they consulted the management when needed and guided us easily so we were not stuck in the middle of no where. We appreciate everything they did for us. Highly recommend this place for your car rental needs. you will not be disappointed
