Horizon in connected a new sink and fixed a sluggish drain for me. Their work was impeccable. The sluggish drain required multiple snakings - they kept going until the drain was flowing freely. I have been using Horizon for several years now and they have never let me down.

Peter the Plumber of Horizon Plumbing was able to come to our condo, into which we just moved, to install a new comfort height toilet. It was a big job, involving a rear discharge toilet which had been grouted to the tile. I am so happy with the professionalism and skill shown by Peter with this tricky installation—all done with good humour. Peter was punctual and polite. As I told him, I am “flushed with excitement,” as are my knees, to have this new toilet. Thanks Horizon.

I recently decided to add a battery backup sewage pump system to my basement after experiencing Ottawa's incredibly frustrating major power outage. I'm thrilled that I chose Horizon - communication with them was smooth and efficient. They quickly responded to my questions before the on-site installation and promptly arranged for a technician to come and set up the system. When a minor issue arose afterward, they were swift in addressing and resolving the problem. A special shoutout to Billie and Stephen - they were amazing! I highly recommend this company.
