I have never met a group of more relaxed, kind and knowledgeable professionals in one business! Thanks Chuck for the timely service, Brandon for a great eye exam and the front desk for getting me in even when I showed up an hour early.

My daughter and I have been patient and customers of West 10th optometry for the past 13 years.Technicians (Bibien, Chuck and Chris) doctors (Clark, Rupnow) and staff (Linda and others) all are very knowledgeable,caring and friendly. I named the above as we work with them personally. They are great with kids. My daughter always felt comfortable to go for an eye exam or fitting glasses. The environment is very warm and welcoming. They always did their best to find a way for us to save money and never sold us anything we don't need. I never found a reason, to not trust their judgement.I strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional, high class service and care.

I had an eye exam here today and I purchased 2 pair of glasses.All the staff were very good and the selection of frames was great.I will be coming back to this location for all my future glasses and exams.

The place is beautiful, new, professional, top quality!They helped me with full service, eye health, glasses prescription, and I got contacts with them. Helped me with my student insurance. Would recommend to anyone!

Chuck went above and beyond to make sure I got the right lenses. Staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall provided excellent service.

I found this store for my mom (Leanne) who was struggling to find a store that carried the frames she liked. Everyone who helped her was welcoming, kind, and took the time to make sure she got the frames she liked and the lenses she needed. They will be the go to optometrists for our family from now on!

Visited this clinic for an emergency visit after some acute eye irritation didn’t resolve on it’s own. Dr. Patricia Rupnow was courteous and kind, and although she was rushed trying to fit me in for a brief appointment between already booked patients, she recognized that something wasn’t right, treated me quickly and efficiently, and had me booked in at a more appropriate time for a quick follow-up. The staff at the office also seemed kind, compassionate, and highly competent. I would highly recommend her and this office if you are in need of eye care.The one caveat I might add is that despite having a rather significant portion of their website dedicated to emergency care, they don’t seem to be set up to deal with any significant number of acute/walk-in emergencies, and a sign on the door states an email is required before being seen. I’m not sure what effect COVID has had on their service, and I felt accommodated despite this, but I think that I was the exception, not the rule. I wouldn’t show up here and expect to be treated immediately... hospital’s emergency departments might be a better choice for emergency care.

Just want to extract money. Went for a MSP covered checkup referred by ICBC. They kept on insisting for an additional $100-$200 full checkup. Per their policy, I had to do it being a first time patient. Came back without checkup.Very irritating experience.

West 10th Eyes is amazing. I came here because I had some concerns about the health of my eyes (not just a usual prescription update). The staff were kind through emails and the staff were kind when I came in. Extremely professional in making you feel comfortable. I saw Dr Cullis and she is amazing! She was kind, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time explain and answer any questions I had. I've never had such a good experience from an optometry office. I will definitely recommend to others.
