Hit or miss. Sometimes they have good service and the food is prepared to standard. In some orders, however, there have been mishaps such as missing lettuce & tomato from BELT's, that's half of the ad missing, if you think about it, it'd be like asking for a peanut butter sandwich and only getting the bread..I had to edit this and lower a star because lately they have been a big disappointment especially regarding the laziness of the staff.. it takes 2 minutes to clean the espresso machine they just don't want to do it.

Service is speedy during lunch hours. However, every time I've gone there they've had only an extremely limited variety of doughnuts and timbits. Lots of empty trays though.

This is one of the better Tim's in the Ottawa area. The staff are normally fast, friendly, and get the order right.The absolute fastest way to get your order is to order with the app and pick up your order in the store. We've done that a few times recently and normally it's ready and waiting. We just walk in, grab our order, and away we Go!Order history:Accuracy 85 - 90Speed 88 - 90Quality 86 - 90Service 88 - 90

Great Place To Stop In For A Coffee, Donut, Muffin, Bagel. The Dining Room Was Clean And Tidy. The Bathroom Was Clean And Tidy As Well.

Very slow service. A dozen workers totally ignoring inside customers, getting orders wrong, forgetting to efficiently prepare muffin as requested (warmed and buttered), and having to correct on request -slowing down service. I've seen much busier Timmies serve far more efficiently. Manager was effectively absent - no leadership, motivation, coaching, or guidance.

Incredibly understaffed. 25 minutes to get through the line and then wait for the food. Just a sandwich and a chicken wrap. 3 customers left while in the line because it was so slow. Why don't you have the buddy system where you have a cashier and someone to prepare it the coffee and donuts quickly instead of the cashier disappearing to find the right coffee type and the muffins and donuts as the lineup keeps on getting longer.

Only about 50% of the menu is available at any given time and if you want to make an adjustment to something you should just stop dreaming right now. The staff are clearly stressed and undertraind, I feel guilty asking them to do anything but pour a coffee or put a donut in a bag.

We stopped for a quick supper on the way home. Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 chicken wraps and then they were inedible! Chicken burnt to a crisp, not chewable. Would have asked for money back but had to get to Barry's Bay for an appointment.They pay all the attention to the drive thru and not much to those who dine in.Shame on you.Coffee was good.
