We’ve been taking mowers here for years and have referred many other people to this local business. It’s not much to look at, but don’t let that fool you. They know small engines and even better, they have integrity. Our recent experience inspired me to finally write a review. I dropped off our mower and after two weeks, hadn’t heard anything so I called. They were busy and hadn’t looked at it yet but said they would in the next week. In the meantime I had to hire someone to cut the grass but whatever. Got a call the following week that they checked it and it was working fine. I explained it made a clanging noise when it was on uneven ground but not level ground so they said they’d check it again and call back. Half an hour later, they called and said they were able to reproduce the sound which was the blade hitting the frame when the mower was on an incline. The guy adjusted the frame so it had clearance and voila. And we were only charged the assessment fee! Appreciate that they took the time to investigate after I fully explained the issue, corrected the problem, and for no additional charge. Bonus is the friendly shop pup!

Today I experienced a new low in customer satisfaction by a retail store. I purchased a Stihl pressure washer from Rhino Repair on April 12, 2023. Based on the recommendation of the salesperson after listening to my requirements (clean the deck and driveway), I purchased the base model RE80 electric. The first time I tried it was today (May 4, 2023). It has pitifully low water pressure…the water hose has just as much. I phoned to enquire about trading up to a more powerful Stihl power washer and was informed that they would not do that…no returns (or upgrades). I am shocked at the inflexibility they have shown as well as the poor performance of this Stihl pressure washer. Buyer beware.

Excellent staff that seemed happy to work there and knowledgeable. Service goes above and beyond what one expects today. Forget your Home Depot's and other soulless box stores.

Don't take your recoil from a 1983 honda trike cause they can't do that.i did it my self in 10 min after I went and got a rope from Rec Supplies...just was trying to support since I live down the street..won't be going back..

Great customer service, fixed my snowblower in a timely manner. I felt the pricing was fair, would definitely use them again. Loved the option of pickup & delivery $40 each way.

Don’t let the unassuming exterior mislead you, inside there’s a fun show room, with lots of great products and very helpful staff. Kyle was super helpful advising on the right chainsaw for our needs, and not once tried to upsell to something we didn’t need. Found the right product, which they filled with gas, oil, and gave an overview on how to use before we left. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Pays to shop local. My string trimmed head bit the dust and I’d bought it years ago when I lived in the states. They didn’t have the exact parts for my model, but they did have a replacement that was a direct fit, was cost effective and the staff was wonderful. Very happy customer.
