We've worked with a few security monitoring companies. We switched to Sirix because they offer more features. They have multiple security operators responding to alarms at the same time, ensuring the safety of our clients' sites. They have a mobile app that allows us and our clients to view live video footage. The app's ability to remotely arm and disarm is also fantastic. The customer service is outstanding. Problems will always arise in the world of physical security; the question is how quickly you can solve them. Sirix has always found a way to work around them.
