Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Cobourg
Attending they’re Karma Week for opening, I went to the Candlelight Deep Stretch and Relaxation with Alicia. I really enjoyed our 60 mins of Yoga. All poses and exercises that are basic enough to follow along if you’ve done any yoga before. I really enjoyed some of the newer stretches I’ve not done before. It’s my 2nd time ever doing Hot Yoga, it felt great, but oh my I was sweaty and should have work long leggings and not shorts! And my mat was slippery haha! Overall, I highly recommend trying it out. I will be back!!
