The customer service rep told me point blank that given I wasn’t a contractor already setup and that I wasn’t buying right away without questions, he said he needed to take care of customers in line behind me and asked to come back later. I’ve bought at Sherwin Williams before, but never experienced this ridiculous behaviour. Very disappointed!

We had an excellent experience having a colour adjusted. We found the shade we originally selected wasn't working well in the space and the thoughtful associate that helped us made sure she explained the limitations of changing the colour mid can. She customized the remaining paint into a beautiful new hue that my daughter is thrilled to have in her room. Also appreciate that she put the other can of paint we brought along on their shaker while we waited. We will surely return.

I came 15 minutes before closing and the manager had the store closed early so he could go home quicker he told me. He had all the cash counted and was angry because I only had cash with me. Ended up helping me by the end but unwilling after arguing with me..

Never go to this shop because when we bought he charged us a small bucket of paint around $70-$100 and when we applied that paint it was so dull white and he told us this is the brightest color in white but it was not. When we bought the medium size paint bucket from The Home Depot it was 3 times brighter than the paint from Sherwin Williams paint and it just costed us $20-$30. So never buy paint from this shop.

Excellent customer service. I went in to have a half a gallon can of paint shaken and the lid collapsed. They gave me a brand new gallon of paint free of charge.

The logo is really out of touch. I’ve avoided using this company because of it. Not only is the paint blood red, which is creepy, but I am environmentally conscious and I don’t want to support a company that thinks it’s a selling point to coat the earth in paint. We have too much plastic as it is.
