I recently purchased a GTR and I am thrilled with my experience. The customer service was exceptional, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The quality of the GTR exceeded my expectations, and I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.

SCAMMER ALERT!! I ordered a range rover for my granddaughter 1 week ago and the car that we received is not the same as advertised. The pictures from the outside of the car are not accurate. The logo of the car is a cheap sticker that you can peel off easily instead of a real plastic logo. The car doesn’t look high quality as the pictures shown on the website for the price that i paid (700$). It is extremely cheaply made and is not worth the 700$ at all. It looks like they order those cars from china and just ship it to your house. They just put their brand on the box and the instructions. SCAMMERS!!

My husband and I found Sonic Teck on Facebook. We wanted to see the cars In person so we drove 2 hours to check out the showroom in vaughan. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive. We ended up buying our son a jeep for his Birthday. Prices are very reasonable and customer service is amazing and they were quick to respond to any questions we had online before we drove our 2 hours. Definitely would recommend this company if you were looking at buying a battery powered car for your little one. Lowes sells the exact same one for a higher price point and you Definitely won't recieve the amazing customer service at lowes. This place is very personable and one on one.

Worst Service. I bought a range rover, it shows a nice range rover on the site and I received something horrible. What is shown in the photo is not the same quality nor the same. Do not buy there !!!!

Very responsive online customer service. Booked an appointment to visit their small showroom in Woodbridge to check their selection before I made a purchase. Bought the Toyota Hilux 2 seater and the free GTA delivery was quick. We had an issue with the steering linkage and they resolved the issue over the weekend. My daughter and I couldn't be happier.

Wish there was 0 star option. I went to this place because of its reviews and although the person i was dealing with was nice when it came to making the sale the ride-on car I was sold was BROKEN straight out of the box. After repeated attempts (all polite from my end) I have been hung up on and dealt with unbelievably rude and condescending person (FAHAD). I just wanted the car to be replaced since the car sold to me out of the box was broken and missing major steering wheel part that would prevent the car from turning (even through its remote control). They insisted that warranty will take care of it but my argument was that if there was an issue with the car after a week or so of use I would understand the warranty would kick in but given that it was defected/missing parts from the factory it should be replaced. After all I paid for a new not-broken ride-on car so I expect a not-broken car! I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Bought Jeep for my son. I could not install it properly and took it back. Ahsan helped me out and fixed everything. He was very polite and friendly. Jeep runs just fine and my son loves it.

Excellent customer service! My kid received a Mercedes unimog for his 4th birthday and absolutely loves it. Would highly recommend buying from here, Ahsan was an excellent help.
