Amazing place, definitely heard of it by local radio. I’ve been panning a trip in May and can remember from last years new tire purchase it was very challenging to get preferred tires in time and just accepted what was offered by other location. This place has many stored up top and Some very nice popular brands. Great service as I was led through the selection and didn’t feel rushed. The new Tractionators are on! I found out that Campbell River has a bike shop, and a great Bikesmith it has! On the way from Calgary to Campbell River and back via my motorcycle to visit friends and family, I broke one of my side mirrors and my bungy straps were starting to fray because of to much tension on them from all the gear I brought with me. It was such a pleasure to meet Jason and his business, as not only was he able to order me a new mirror from Vancouver which only took a few days to arrive, he also helped me with a better elastic system for my bags which was much safer for the way home than the bungy cords I was using. In addition to installing my mirror, Jason was also kind enough to check my oil and tire pressure for a safe journey back to Calgary. Thank you Jason for extending such great customer service to me on my journey, as it's people like you that make these motorcycle trips even that much more pleasurable.

Jason and Darlene were really great. My Chain broke down while travelling from Port Hardy to Victoria. Despite how much work he had, Jason went out of his way to put aside what he was doing to get me back on the road. And did a fantastic job. Even noticed my brakes needed attention as well. Both stayed past closing to see me off. Definite 5 star for service, friendliness and professionalism. Thanks ... Got home with a smooth & safe ride. John

They fit us in for two bikes oil changes despite being busy. We were travelling from the other side of Canada, and overdue for a change, their flexibility was exceptional. Responded quickly by email and we just arrived the following day, and was on our way within a couple hours, max. With chains re-tensioned and serviced too.And after all that, was able to get a basic, old-school rain suit for $45 too. Nice! Pleasant staff too.Shop and support local, wherever you can!

I arrived after hours with a flat tire (second in a row!) and Jason showed up, took my bike inside and gave me a ride to a hotel. The following morning fixed my tire before I arrived. He provided service way above and beyond what we've come to expect these days. They truly took care of me and I sincerely appreciate. Highly recommend going here first in campbell River!

Incredibly friendly service from the two staff members I interacted with during my visit. Prices are very fair and the service was excellent. Exceeded all expectations when getting my bike repaired. Thankful there are still shops like this out there

They were awesome to deal with. Came and picked up my scooter and didn’t charge me much. Very accommodating. Stored it for me for a few days while I was away. Fixed it and even gave me a name of someone who might want to buy it. Thanks for your friendly service!

Brought my bike in with a nail in the back tire, blug patch didn't work due to damage inside the tire. Didn't charge me for the patch which is still holding air! Who does that!? Ordered a new tire at a great price, will bring them all my business!

Excellent staff. Darlene and Jason were Very friendly. They welcomed my 1978 Yamaha 650 to get tires mounted on it when other shops in Courtenay refused to work with my bike because of its age. When I asked Jason about getting other service done on my bike I was told no problem..
