Arrived at GT out if town services at 8.30pm and was told we would leave in 15 minutes 1HOUR LATER STILL WAITING FOR MY TRANSFER. This service was booked by Jonview transfers. Biggest mistake. Even a 1* is not deserved

Horrible business to deal with. Would not recommend. NO NOTES MADE on reservations by customer service agents. Bookingcancelled 4 days ago by provider vur travel agent just found out today when confirming.

The worst experience in Canada, July 2017. Inadequate guide, bad hotels. Lovely landscapes visited in a rush and left alone most of the time. Fired places to avoid, the organizers knew before our date of leaving. We unfortunately wasted our time and money. Back home we complained about our journey but we received no anwer.

I am on the phone from last 2 hours to confirm Travel booked by First flight in Australia to pickup at 11 am from Banff Aspen Lodge to Calgary Airport. They are not ready to pickup as per itinerary. They are forcing a 90 year old to be at the reception at 8:00 am. They do not have driver after that. What will a tourist to at the airport for 3 hours

My uncle and extended family used a different company last time they went to the Rockies and it was a terrible experience but this time it was different. My uncle and aunt called the after hours service and spoke to a representative who sounded Scottish or Irish , he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful, the gentleman went above and beyond to assist my family and he is the reason we would all return to a different part of Canada in 2018 and we would 100% suggest Jonview Canada to other passengers.
