Honestly, all around a terrible experience. I waited nearly 8 months for my appointment, just to feel incredibly rushed. The doctor took zero regard to what we had to say and was putting his jacket on mid conversation as if we were inconveniencing him. Considering the amount of time I had to wait for my appointment it’s unfair that I was barely heard, which shows after. I was told to seek a psychologist (whichever the clinic provides) when I requested to make an appointment at the front desk I was scoffed at and told they would call to make an appointment, it’s been months now and I have not had a return call with my health issues still continuing. Absolute waste of time. Don’t go here.

I'm just writing this to combat the low reviews. From my experience, the office regulated just as any doctors office would. The check in was quick, the doctor was very thorough and answered my questions. She also explained everything as she did it. I was told when to book my next appointment, and was able to quickly do that.I feel like people who have a fairly normal experience would not stop to write a review, and of course those who are upset would write one immediately. So although the reviews are low for this place, as long as you're understanding and respectful, this office should not worry you in the slightest.I would happily come back to this doctor again!

I was referred by another clinic to see Dr. Torbey ( the urologist ) for what I thought was a women’s medical issue. After waiting months for my appointment only to be told I need to see a gynaecologist. I explained my issue and he informed me that the referral he received was for something else but regardless he couldn’t help me. No exam. Nothing. I got very upset and started to cry, he told me to stop that and to not do that there. I explained my frustration as I’ve been waiting months for this appointment and it did possibly include my bladder ( his area of apparent expertise) He kept cutting me off n saying thank you, thank you. I thanked him for absolutely nothing n have been in my vehicle crying ever since. His lack of compassion and care was very disappointing to say the least. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone! Again understanding the problem may have been the referral but do they not check what it’s for and notify the patient or the referring clinic that they cannot assist with that type of matter instead of wasting their time and mine!!!!! Now I am stuck once again in limbo waiting for another appt. The staff at the front were always kind and courteous so the 1 star rating is not for the front line employees or necessarily the clinic itself but only for the useless “specialist “ i waited months to see.

I got my appointment very quickly, everything seemed efficient. I do encourage anyone reading these reviews, please do your research on any diagnoses they give you!! As you should with every doctor. And it never hurts to get a second opinion. My suspicions were right about my diagnoses, according to the psychiatrist I spoke with. However, please keep in mind, you can be the Best psychiatrist in the world and still give someone a misdiagnoses. In my opinion, you cannot diagnose someone after a half hour phone call, but if you ask the right questions you can come close. But do your research on the diagnoses before going through with the medication or assuming it’s right. You know you better than someone who you just met.Not a bad place at all though, from my experience.

Dr.Rizvi is the worst. If you've been referred to him you might as well cancel your appointment because he will do his job with such low effort and he will completely waste your time while he dismisses your pain and doesn't answer any of your questions or concerns. If you have been diagnosed with a neurological condition don't see this guy because you will walk out worse than when you came in. He rushes you out of his office and talks over you before you can even get a word in. He also kept repeatedly asking if I was married which I felt was really inappropriate totally irrelevant to my condition. He put me through a lot which I won't say here but he's rude and pretty useless and there other former patients of his on social media who have commented on his lack of helpfulness and professionalism. He should retire. Having chronic pain and neurological disorders is difficult enough especially when I have to travel an hour to this clinic, save yourself the trouble, find another specialist.

Very disappointed that this was the place that my doctor chose to send me for a specialist appointment. It would’ve been over three months ago. That was the first time I went to this clinic. I was concerned about my IUD. The gynaecologist seemed annoyed with the questions I had. And very reluctant to answer them. I felt like I had to do more googling when I got home about what was actually going to be put in my body .The reception is absolutely horrendous to get through to so good luck trying to get ahold of anybody most of the time. And lastly, I had a get the IUD inserted, and was called the by the reception, saying that the doctor is sick and they had absolutely no idea when she would be back. No back ups doctors to help no dates at all to give to patients. They said that they would call me back when she was ready to work again. I was called back within two weeks and was told that she was ready to reschedule but by that point, I was so frustrated by how disorganized and how unprofessional the clinic seemed that I told the receptionist that I would no longer like to see her and would go back to my family doctor and wait another three weeks just to go to a different gynaecologist just so I don’t have to go back here. I wouldn’t waste your time and would just get a new referral to a different gynecologist . You should never feel like you’re annoying your doctor with questions especially about something to do with your reproductive health I never want to feel like I’m a nuisance to my doctor ever again or that my questions are stupid! Do better.

Don’t go by the comments. She is a nice and caring person. It’s just that she doesn’t like anyone talking in between her work. However she still gives you a full chance to talk about your concerns. She is experienced and intelligent person. Definitely recommend her

My experience was good very nice gynecologist but I don,t like the paps and that but other wise the reception staff are always friendly I recommend to friends.

Dr. Fawzia El-Fakharany is the absolute worst person I’ve ever met. Not even as a physician, but as a human being. I’ve never felt so degraded to the point where I questioned myself until I met this Doctor. I’m not sure who gave her a license and who she practiced under, but I hope karma gets them as well.Won’t put my experience out as I don’t want to, but one thing she said when I visited was isn’t it idiotic for you to be coming in whenever you’re sick?" My illnesses aren’t colds or the flu

Dr. Rizvy is thorough and concise. Takes the time to ensure you understand the knowledge he has shared and information given. The clinic staff are very helpful, professional and efficient. Was a great constructive visit over all.
