Decent store... No frills as the name implies... The only downside I found was a serious lack of cashier staff. On multiple visits there was 1 cashier running a full service register and running the self check outs. Essentially 1 person serving 15+ security was present at self check outs but could not provide service.

Price tag not honored by (lady) manager.Two tags were apparently on display (one $1.25 and 1.49).In front of me and other people on top of her voice -- the lady manager questioned one of the male (Asian) junior staff why he called another manager (not sure what their SOP when dealing with pricing issue) -- instead of maybe asking nicely what the issue was and telling better what to do next time.Sorry for the male junior staff who was just doing his job.All humiliations for $0.14 price difference.Please review your pricing policies.

The produce is of a high quality and very reasonably priced. The place is clean, bright, well planned for ease of movement and with good signage. It is a good business at a convenient location. They've made the best use of a limited footprint.

Good selection of groceries, dairy, meats, and snacks. Helpful staff, and very competitive prices. Unlike some of the previous grocery stores at this location, Trevor's No Frills fresh fruit and vegetables are very fresh and last a long time without going bad. In these times of high prices, it's nice to see a local business offering competitive pricing and value for money.

Some prices are good. Some are just horrible. We use this site to just grab a few items... milk bread those types things. I am really liking their frozen fruit and vegetables.

I was at the store on Thursday and I had a wonderful cashier named Hannah! She was fabulous! Very friendly, talktive and a very nice young woman! She even let me know how much I was saving on some of the produce I bought! A shout out to Hannah for excellent Customer Service!

I usually love this place but today's customer service was not acceptable. I had a gift card that having trouble to redeem online (uber gift card) so I went back to store. However, they just telling me that it was my faulty that I cannot redeem online. I wasted $25
