Daniel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he's selling. I 100% recommend going to Daniel for your electronic needs. I will be going back to him for sure!! Amazing customer service and really friendly. It felt like I was just talking to my friend.

2 weeks ago I went into the store and Mike gave me some pricing on a new 65 TV. He also gave me some advice that helped me get my aging Sharp TV working.After my Sharp died 3 more times I finally went in to pick up a new TV. Mike was off so Ryan - mgr helped me.From both people

Staff were very helpful and informative. Helped me get exactly what I wanted at a good price. Daniel specifically was very helpful, felt that he had my best interest, not just trying to get money from me. Definitely will be back to buy any other electronic needs!!

I went in looking for a new tv and sound system and talked with David. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. He helped find the best set up for my budget, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Thanks again David

Dealt with Cam the store manager. Spent $1250 on a Pioneer Apple CarPlay / Android Auto system for my Cadillac STS. Got estimates after the fact from two other local shops for the same system from one and an equivalent system from the other. Both were considerably lower by about 20%.That in itself is not why I am completely unsatisfied with Visions electronics and will never deal with them again and would recommend you do not either to avoid a completely unsatisfied experience. After having the deck installed I picked up my car and the volume at maximum was barely audible. Don’t they ‘ test drive the system’ BEFORE giving the car back to the customer; apparently not! I tried to get ahold of Cam; the manager who I was dealing with but he wasn’t available. To make a longer story a little shorter I’ll skip the details but the final result was the problem wasn’t rectified for over a month. Totally unacceptable ! A few weeks later I asked Cam if he could have the installer look at a subwoofer I was installing in my other car to see if I had it hooked up properly before I powered it up free of charge ( it would have taken all of 5 minutes to do ) to maybe make up for all the problems I had with my Cadillac purchase and installation at VISIONS electronics and he flat out said “ we provide a service and expect to be paid for that service, so no he wouldn’t do it for no charge “. CUSTOMER SERVICE; WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT VISIONS ELECTRONICS In PRINCE GEORGE. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere In Prince George to avoid all the problems I encountered.I won’t mention the names of there competitors but there are two with good reputations. Check out other reviews on their competitors yourself. Good luck and if you heed my advice hopefully y you won’t have to go through what I had to. I have been dealing with visions for 8 years now and have had nothing but the best experiences, the staff is very knowledgeable and experienced to deal with. The manager Cam is the best in town by far and look forward to dealing with him and his team in the future, big shout out to them

Last purcheses I will ever make have purchased the extended warranty on multiple big purchases over the years and they do not refund them after the time period. Nothing but a huge hassle. Bought my 85q85tv and q990b soundbar sub sat wireless surrond this time and is the last purchase I will evwr make feom Visions. Been buying from Visions since the 90s and I am done.

I buy most of my large electronics here. I just walk in, tell them what I want, and then the salespeople start showing me all the options.

5 star. A tv was purchased, delivered and set up within hours for my aging parents; this is the best service I have seen. I can’t say enough good things about them.
