I have always purchased my glasses from Pearle Vision, their prices are reasonable and they have have a great selection. Ken was very helpful with my selection - very patient when fitting time came! I recommend them every chance I get.

Just visited this location and I had to take this opportunity to say what fantastic customer service I received. Jinus approached me with a big smile and friendly tone and she took care of all of my needs in such a professional and knowledgeable way. Dr Kim did my eye exam and he was great also. Would highly recommend you visit here for your optical needs and deal with Jinus, she is exceptional.

Amazing customer service, Jinus, one of the representatives at Langley store was extremely friendly and helpful, she helped me to choose the right glasses and was super patient with me. The store manager Ken, was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Really wonderful experience at Pearle Vision in the Willowbrook mall earlier this month. I went in for an eye exam to update my prescription and purchase some new glasses. I was greeted with a smile, the physician was exellent and Ravina was super helpful when picking out my new frames. The pricing was very fair for quality frames (designer brand even!), solid lenses with all the extras and the service was awesome! I really appreciated the truthfulness in which frames suited me and which might not...even if I liked the way they looked on the shelf. Would highly recommend them for all things eye and vision related!

Recently got my lenses from Pearl Vision at the Willowbrook mall. I really appreciated the customer service from Jinus & Ken however, I wished the criteria within their buy 1 get 1 free deal was clarified when it was mentioned beginning vs. during the transaction. Besides that I do recommend as they have great options for lenses and sunglasses.

Ken at Pearle Vision in Willowbrook Mall was patient and very helpful. He fixed a problem with my current frames that my previous optician didn't care enough to notice. He explained the various frame measurements and helped me find a couple of frames that fit really well and looked fantastic on me. Ken was helpful, patient, kind and I really appreciate his attention to deal to get my measurements perfect. I'm happy to travel from South Surrey to Willowbrook to get this kind of professionalism, thank you Ken!

The Dr. we saw was fantastic! And when it turned out my Rx was an exact match with drugstore glasses I already owned, he supported the plan to just keep using those (no pressure to buy glasses there). Nice people, nice service. Sales lady was very nice (though pushed a tiny bit too hard to try to get me to buy add-ons for my daughter's glasses I had already turned down). Everyone was great overall. And the choice of frames was quite extensive.

Very happy with my experience at Pearle Vision, very reasonably priced for designer frames in comparison to other stores. Staff were friendly and not pushy, and service was quick and painless. Would happily recommend Pearle Vision for frames and lenses and will definitely be returning.

I went in looking for some new frames. After years of purchasing glasses online it was very refreshing to actually be able to try things on rather than using a 'virtual try on'.We were greeted right when we arrived and were informed of the current promotions. There was a great selection of frames and a good variety of price points to choose from.Jinus was just lovely! She offered assistance, but didn't make us feel pressured at all. Once I had chosen my frames Jinus priced everything out for us, took my measurements and sent my order off.A+ experience, looking forward to picking up my frames when they are ready.
