Very nice place, looks like the guys there know what they are doing and can help you out. Also very understandable about covid and dont give you a hard time when you walk in without a mask with health related exemptions.I highly recommend this place and this is the business who i support!

I bought a lower ball joint after telling them my make, model, etc. It didn’t fit, and after asking if they have a different coupling, I was told, Sorry I cant help you with that, have a nice day. Terrible customer service.

Thank you Alvin, very professional and great attitude. Almost didn't come back due to another employee mouthing off to me on previous visit, the guy with to much hair gel has an attitude problem, Dan I believe. Please hire more staff like Alvin and get ride of the people who don't care about customer service.

I live in Lorette a decent ways away from this NAPA but I will make sure to always head to Steinbach for any auto repair needs! Danny helped me today with 4 struts from an online order, I walked in and walked out within 5 minutes with all 4 struts and my receipt. The staff is very helpful, they have a wide selection of parts, and they want to be competitive so they will go above and beyond to ensure quality service. I highly recommend anyone in the area to go to NAPA for any parts needed, they also have home delivery which can be great in a pinch so I have no reason to ever go anywhere else for parts!
