Crisp Cuisine
Mark is a talented chef! He catered our Christmas party and knocked it out of the park. More recently, he cooked a Mother's Day dinner for us and nailed it. Whether it's a big event, or something more intimate, Mark is creative, versatile, and easy-going. I have no doubt will impress you and your guests - highly recommend!

Chef Mark prepared a 3 course meal and canapes for my husband's 50th birthday for 14 guests. Mark is a true professional. His communication, attention to detail and professionalism shone through from beginning to end. His food was fresh, local and mouth watering. We recommend Chef Mark of Crisp Cuisine without hesitation and are looking forward to having another occasion to do so.

Chef Mark catered our staff party of 30 people and it was an AMAZING meal. Even with our tiny office kitchen he produced a beautiful meal for us. Everything was thoughtfully planned out and well executed. Mark was a pleasure to work and we can’t wait to work with him again. Highly recommend Crisp Cuisine.

Always an amazing experience with Chef Mark. We recently hosted a private dinner for 13 people for a birthday party and it was perfect in every way. The food and overall experience was incredible. Can't wait to book our next event!

Always our team would head over for Friday lunches when Mark would host his eats at Provincial. Every Friday we looked forward to seeing Mark's smiling face and all the unique eats he brought to the table!His food is beyond delicious and always tastes so fresh with ingredients you know are quality. Mark is always there to fulfill any cravings you have and is always so responsive. We are all so happy to have discovered Crisp Cuisine!!!! 5+++++ stars

Chef Mark presented our guests with a 5 star dining experience this past weekend. Chef took care of everything from start to finish. We were given choices for our personal menu ahead of time with every taste well beyond our expectations. He served and explained each course with such professionalism it was astounding and seemed so effortless on his part. Why bother going to a stuffy downtown restaurant when you can enjoy the same experience in the comforts of home?Thank you Chef Mark!!

Mark provided an absolutely divine 5 course dinner for 6 guests. All the dishes were so deliciously and we can hardly wait to do this again. Our guests were very impressed and were interested in doing a event for themselves. Mark is real personable and left the kitchen spotless after the dinner. We highly recommend this dining experience.

Chef Mark prepared a fabulous menu for our friends and us! We hosted our friends as a thank you for their help renovating our condo, and it was such a lovely evening. The food was incredible and Chef Mark is super personable and friendly! He’s very professional and efficient and it’s so nice not having dishes to clean up after!

Crisp Cuisine is amazing! I went to one of their pop-up dinners recently and had such a great experience. I was thrilled with the vegetarian options on the menu. I started with asparagus and hazelnuts on rye and then a beet spelt risotto as my main. They were both delicious and expertly prepared. For desert, the best rice pudding I have ever tried in my life! Beyond the food, which was outstanding, the whole atmosphere and service created a really wonderful dining experience and I can’t wait for the next one!
