Dillon visited my home and gave me an estimate. We agreed to have 2 weeks of 4 hours of cleaning to get the house up to date and then 2 hours of weekly cleaning.First 2 weeks we had 2 cleaners for 2 hours and not everything on the job list we agreed upon was done.The missed the 3rd week because of illness ... fine. No problem.On week 4 the lady was there for 2.5 hours and only worked on the main floor. It is small house ... the main floor may have 800 sq ft and the guest room was not used at all. When I came home the china cabinet, the table and side tables were full of dust ... I am not sure what was done in 2.5 hours.I tried to check in with Dillon (the business owner) and there was not concrete response about what was done in my house, NO DESIRE TO FOLLOW UP AND PROVIDE SOME SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.His response was that he inquired around and he has been undercharging for a house the size of mine. I am happy if a mistake has been made with the estimate and a discussion needs to take place to adjust the agreement but the lack of response and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.I also asked him for proof of insurance and was never provided. No invoice or receipts.
