Super rushed services, they literally come up with prices on the spot. Why pay 100+ for a full set of acrylic when i can get bio-gel full set for WAY less… please support small businesses in your area instead of coming here.

Paid $100 for basic French tip acrylic no gems no designs....where's tye? Been back tye is done... moved to Vancouver, new management and the nails suck. I have tilo find another salon. Way overpriced and work isn't worth the price... friendly owner but not the same nails.

Excellent customer service as they were able to accommodate my appointment with short notice. Even though they stayed late to finish my nails they didn't rush at all, not skipping any step. Taking care to do an excellent job with a high attention to detail. Even repeating the design a couple times until they were happy with it. Were very gentle, polite, and kind. Loved the finished result on my natural nails. Would come again.Update: this mani lasted over a month and I received many compliments.

Friendly staff!! Great pedicure!! They allowed my hubby to enjoy a massage on their massage chair after having a knee replacement while I had my pedicure!! He fell asleep!! How awesome was that!! Thanks, Tye Nails!!

Did a horrible job on my nails, the person doing my nails were being really mean and rude. When I asked for a refund 7 days later they did not give me one because the rule is to come in before 7 days but I did not know that rule. Horrible customer service.

this place is HORRIBLE!!!! do not go here, they laugh at your feet, they cut you, they are not gentle. they are wayyyy over priced. i got charged $120 for basic nails by flower. she is horrible!!

Absolute worst business I’ve ever gone to. Went in to get a fresh set of nails the lady had a horrible attitude soon as I walked in, started filing my nails wrong told her a couple are crooked and she didn’t want to fix them. Made her take them off I had to walk out of there .. just wow
