Held father's wake and funeral here. Staff were helpful and, you know, you get what you paid for.Been waiting a month just for an invoice to be reimbursed for the funeral cost, and have contacted them every week since then. Same thing every time: We'll reach out to our accountant and see if she can get it done!". Needless to say
