When you try and talk to someone who is nearly impossible to get an advisor. This is absolutely horrible customer service.

I had a really good experience here with Jennifer. Was stuck with problems doing an international money transfer using a bank draft and she calmly sorted it all out for me. It did take some time but at no point did I feel rushed or that she was impatient. Remember this is COVID time, in general more stress and less patience around. Not here though. Based on her help I recommend this branch.

If you want money stolen 3 times by the same person and spend 2 hrs each time talking to reps to get it back this is the bank for you! There top notch at loosing your money with no record of any missing. And rank #1 for allowing identity theft to happen just let anyone take money outta my account at a teller no security here ! Its a crime hotspot!!!

After 25 years with RBC this is the first time at this location and the first time being treated by the Branch Manager with nothing but disrespect and attitude simply because she didn’t like the type of account I had. Time for a change RBC this Manager is costing you loyal customers. I will never go back to this branch and advise others the same.

The people at the RBC Bank are really nice friendly willing to help you with any problem you have downside it's on a busy street hard to get in parking is very tight sometimes a little confusing for people but overall it's a good bank if you need to go they got drive-thru banking but overall I recommended

Their small business team has been working for 5 months on something quite simple with no resolution. Daily and weekly follow-ups yield no results. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.I have engaged the community manager and the local small business manager and they haven't even responded to my many requests. The person that is dealing with this transaction, Sutharshun Selvaraj, normally responds in 48+ hours that they are still working on this.There is no sense of urgency from them or their team in dealing with this, even as they know my frustration level is growing and growing.

This RBC branch it's no good. Poor service, poor management, poor Communication with Customers. I order gold coin fron this branch and I was told It will well arrive one week. I didn't hear nothing from the branch for almost 2 weeks i had to go to a different branch to find out what is going on with the gold coin I order because I don't live in branford to find out from this branch. So i went to smithville branch which is that's where i live and i find out from smithville branch that the gold coin I order at branch in Brantford can't get the gold but no one in Brantford branch couldn't call me and let me know that they couldn't get gold coin i order so we have Return the funds back into my account. I will never go back to this branch again. They have very bad communications skills with customers if you want to open a account at this branch please take my advice to not open account at this branch go to a different RBC branch.

5 stars from me, thanks to Austin. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my concerns. I was there for about an hour while he helped me sort things out and made sure I was taken care of and that all of my concerns were addressed. He is an asset to the team and RBC should be proud to have him as an employee.
