Blenz Coffee

Love the coffee here! Have repeatedly experienced great service and always appreciate the positive vibes at this location. Latest favorite is their hazelnut latte, but their hot chocolate is also particularly rich and delicious.

Went there on Canada day, after waiting for my order for an hour ( which i understand, its busy) ; the girl at the front only gave us 2 out of 4 drinks. When i asked the guy wheres my other 2 drinks, he said in a rude way “ we only charge you for 2 drinks not other 2” …. well im not sure how much i paid as its busy and i just tap my phone, so instead of providing a solution like “ u can pay for the other two and we can make the drinks” , it was more of a TOOO BAD situation. And i didnt want to wait another hour just for them to mess my order up again and BLAME me

Coffee is tasty, but a bit expensive compared to Tims and McDonalds.

Blenz makes one of the best hot chocolates in town. Their matcha latte is pretty good, but their signature drink has got to be their dark hot chocolate.A large hot chocolate is made up of four scoops of dark hot chocolate chips ground and mixed with steaming hot milk.Other places use a chocolate syrup or powdered conconction, but Blenz hot chocolate is made from real chocolate. Simply amazing.Sorry, I don't have a picture of the product, but in this case, a picture would not do it justice, you jist have to try it yourself.Interesting fact: I went to a Blenz in Ueno, Japan, where they serve beer there. With all the coffee places offering matcha drinks, Blenz is the only one with a deep connection to Japan.The vice president of Blenz is Japanese and his mother in law studies Sado, the way of Japanese tea, or commonly known as Japanese tea ceremony.

Nice staff, good coffee but date cake disappointing - hardly any date filling!

A pretty good branch with a good selection of pastries. The service was very fast and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend turmeric latte in any Blenz Coffee branch. And, recommend their Nanaimo bars.

Giving this place 3 stars because I enjoy their hot chocolate & some other coffee beverages, but their baked goods are just horrible. The last 2-3 times I have purchased a food item from Blenz, I have been really disappointed. Most recently, I I decided to purchase a cranberry orange muffin.. Actually it was more like a hunk of dough. I took a knife and cut the muffin into chunks in the hopes of finding a cranberry, but not a cranberry in sight. It was just plain old yellow, dense, and overly-sweet. I was disappointed that I paid for something that was marketed as a 'cranberry muffin' but was not. When I took it to the barista to show her the quality of my muffin, she just said 'that's too bad, sorry about that'.If this place wants to be recognized as a good coffee shop, they need to up their game with their products. I know for sure I won't be coming back here to study or do work because I don't want to spend my money on bad quality product and be disappointed again.
