De tous les distributeurs c'est le pire. Vraiment exécrable comme service client. L'incompétence de leurs employés passe sur le dos des clients, assez ordinaire, des sanctions devraient être mise en place.

Since the account creation request is timing out, I'm unable to create an account, but I would not trust this company with my credit card information. I'll continue buying my supplies directly from my vet.Update after CDMV response: I can no longer see my password being sent as plaintext (it may still be happening, I'm just looking in the console). However, this was indeed the case at the time I originally wrote my review and as a result I could never trust this company's security practices.

Attente attente, attente des produits...ma commande est en cours depuis 8 jours...même pas encore envoyée...ce n'est pas un problème de livraison mais d'envoi! Commandez si vous avez le temps. ET...n'essayez pas d'annuler la commande qui est en cours" depuis 8 jours sans nouvelle...ils ne veulent pas. Mauvais service à la clientèle. Je ne commanderai plus."

Pourriez -vous m'envoyer un courriel que je puisse changer mon numéro de carte de crédit s.v.p. J'attends ma commande pour le 17 janvier 2022. J'ai tél 2 fois chez le vét. à Sherbrooke sur Galt ouest, mais ils ne savent pas votre numéro de tél. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils vous enverraient un courriel, mais toujours pas de réponses.

Utilise un transporteur qui ne laisse pas le colis en lieu sur mais sur ma galerie avec mon chien donc colis détruit et la compagnie ne veux pas nous pour une réclamation avec le transporteur mais nous dit que nous aurions due demander une signature a la livraison mais les transporteurs ne respecte pas cette clause due au covid. Première et dernière fois que nous commandons en ligne avec eux.

Wish I could give zero stars. Unacceptable. I spent an hour today looking for my order!!! Part of it was shipped to a vet hospital I have never heard of and the second part was dropped off at someone’s house. I have a box with 48 cans out of 120 and missing a bag of food, but the packaging invoice says 5 flats of cans and 1 bag of kibble. Is this a joke? I asked to speak to supervisor and was told that “I guess” they can ask for someone to call me back. I paid over 300$ for my order and received 80$ of my order. This is not ok. I got home and I found a different order on my doorstep. When I checked my account, it seems that client care created another order and that one was delivered, but my original order, shipped with some random company called Groupe Lachine, where I cannot even get a tracking number from the system, never arrived, though on the CDMV portal the shipment appears as closed. I just lost 300$!!! And didn't even get my itemsUpdate July 7, 2023. Just when I thought things could not get any worse, I found an erroneous charge on my credit card from CDMV. Even though I did not place an order in June, CDMV charged me $422. Not only they provide the lowest quality of service and every day I wish WDDC was still an option in eastern Canada, now stooped so low as to steal money from my credit card. This is atrocious.
