I called Petro Canada head office 2 months ago to explain how I had to pump an elderly ladies gas for her as she was waiting for gas before me. She said she had been waiting 10 minutes. Petro Canada refused to register my complaint because I could not tell them the postal code of the Petro Canada I was at. They did not care one bit about the elderly lady. I replied that since the company owned the gas station they should be able to figure that out the postal code themselves, there is only one Petro Canada in White Rock.I returned out of necessity to the gas station twice since then, both times with absolutely nothing even close to service happening.The last time I went into the gas station to inquire about the “full service” part of the service and the two girls on their phones said, they saw me get out of my car so I can pump it myself. What? Pump it myself at a full service gas station? If I could give negative one million stars, I would.Shameful customer service and blatant lies in advertising.Handicap and elderly people search out full service gas stations for their needs, I am personally disgusted.

I appreciate that the attendants pump the gas wipe windshield and check the fluids, put air in tires as a regular practice of a Full Service Gas Station.

Always friendly service. They offered to merge my Save On points card to my Petro Can card without my asking or telling me to go online. Love that points can be redeemed for a car wash, gas and much more.

This is supposed to be a full service station but the employees just stand inside and stare at you …until you eventually give up waiting and pump yourself …Used to be good service here …but now is terrible …And it is not for a lack of staff …The staff there just don’t seem to care

Extremely kind and helpful staff. I did not get the 2 gentleman’s name but very selfless employees. I recommend this gas station!!!!!

Weekend hours are ridiculous… its 2023 people .. and I don’t care if its white rock or not. This town is going to start to need things open earlier and later .. out with the old in with the new

Staff really take their time to come out to the pumps and are fairly disinterested. They do not provide mobile paypoint machines.

I have repeatedly had to get out of my car after sitting and waiting for way too long for someone to come out and pump my gas at this “full service” gas station. This most recent time, I went into the store to find 2 female staff inside standing there chatting. When I asked the staff to come out to fill up my fuel she stared me down and then slowly walked out. She made sure to take her time coming back out when the pump was done too. She continued to stare me down angrily as I drove away, behaving as if I was out of line to ask her to do her job. I prefer to support White Rick businesses but since the service there is so poor I will have to start getting my gas in South Surrey from now on.

terrible gas station ⛽️ shouldn't say full service cause it literally rarely ever happens. Employees literally on her phone chatting while 3 people filling there own gas...what a joke !

Worst store. Zero customer service
