I had the worst experience with this store. My wife wanted to give a gift to one of her frendz and wanted to get some letters engraved on a mug. They charged us 10 dollars more over the letters only because the mug was not from their store. I would give them a -5 stars if it was an option.

I can give 0 star if I could! No variety and the employees have attitude and work very slowly! They are not friendly at all.. I spent 150$ and iam not satisfied with the engraving

Customer service is lousy. 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't engrave something for me. The set up fees are pricey and don't expect them to do rush jobs. Go with plenty of time in advance because the employees work very slowly.

They have decent options for a last minute gifts. My qualm is with their key cutting service. Doesn’t seem like the girl was trained properly who performed the key cutting because when I tried to use the keys they did not work.Nothing more frustrating than not being able to use the keys that you just made a copy for! Full refund was given, with an apology.Key cutters beware

I went in to get four items engraved and was met with excellent service. The individual who was working stated that although her shift was done in 15 minutes, she would stay until the items were finished. Super impressed by her helpfulness despite my poor planning, will definitely recommend in the future!

They are supposed to be experts at engraving but not all of their staff know how to engrave items and was told to go back another time when the manager was there to do the engraving. Bad customer service.
