Came with my family. When I arrived, a red head individual was extremely rude and dismmissive. I was helping my daughter to bowl and leaned against the pillar. He came to me and told me not to stand there because other ppl are bowling. He put us right beside the only other ppl there and i was not interfering with their game. Then i asked for change and he seemed annoyed i was interrupting his conversation with another employee. Then a party of kids came in and they were running thru our playing area and NO ONE said anything. I feel this was racially fueled and will NOT be returning. The behaviour of the staff is appalling and disgusting.

The old lady is working at the front desk. She doesn't know how to deal with the customer. Her behavior was rudless with us. We came on sunday morning to play 10 pins game, and she treated us like the dogs she was barking at us at each and every time whenever we asked for the help.

I witnessed pure racism. Possibly unintentional. No excuse though. Treat everyone the same.i will be escalating my concerns as well. My biracial children and their father didn't deserve to have oTheir experience lessened because of one man's ignorance.

Great place for some good old fashioned family fun! Lanes get pretty busy on weekends and Friday nights but I think that adds to the ambiance

Great hangout spot for bowling and pool. Great quality lanes that are waxed and buffed regularly. $6 per person/per game for 10 pin. $3 for shoe rental. $2 per game for pool, with good quality tables. $1 air hockey. Pool/Bar area recently renovated, which is much more open now, with restaurant style booths. Bar available with multiple beverage options.

Had a work function at Lakeview Bowl and had a great time. The place was busy on a Friday evening and everyone had a good vibe in there. Great place for families or groups.

The blonde hair girl is the worst human I’ve ever met too be honest, I’m a regular I come about once a month with a big group, they are always negative and in terrible moods, I remember one time the bar tender guy threatening too kick us out if we acted up and we hadn’t even started bowling yet, another time we watched all the staff members yelling at each other, but back too the blonde lady anytime you order food or even a drink she rolls her eyes and makes a big deal of it I would much rather drive the extra hour too Lindsey or Oshawa this place is just the worst atmosphere

If I could give zero I would. They over booked themselves for the birthday parties I guess. My sons was supposed to be from 3-5 but it was so bust and the people before us were there for an extra half an hour for their party. So we didn't get started until half an hour after. We only got to bowl for 30 mins before we had to move on to other stuff. The employees were rude and didn't offer ant apologies and treated me badly after I was obviously upset but I didn't make a scene or anything. It was a horrible experience for my sonS birthday. Never again
