The service here is impeccable. The quality of the work is amazing. I have a lot of needs with regards to tailoring things that I purchase and Fayez & Kim know exactly what needs to be done. Fayez also creates gowns for me from scratch and it always turns out stunning !

The only tailor I use in Ottawa. They are very freindly and do everything from very basic hems to detailed custom tailoring. I have been going there for years and love them.

The experience here was beyond my expectations!! I brought in my wedding dress in for alternations and Fayez was able to have my size 10 dress altered to perfectly fit me (size 0). His attention to detail and customer service was exceptional and staff are always friendly! I am so happy with my wedding dress.

A friend recommended me to visit Fayez for alterations to a suit I needed done for an upcoming wedding. I am very happy with the outcome of his work and he was a pleasure to work with during the fitting process. I also needed the job done in less than one week during the summer wedding season and Fayez was happy to accommodate. I will definitely return for future alterations!

This place is a hidden gem! I was able to walk in and get my wedding dress fitted right away and quoted a very reasonable price. Fayez is great to work with, he is experienced with bridal tailoring and will also make you laugh!

Right to the point. No complaints service was friendly.Update: Over the years I have gone back to this place many times and the quality and service are above and beyond. I'm always made to feel at home. My motorcycle jacket that was falling apart at the zipper which was the reason to my first visit came out better than the original and 3 years later the zipper never leaves me stuck like it did before and i have confidence based on the quality of the zipper and stitching that it will last for as long as the leather will hold up.The owner was also kind enough to call me and make sure the zipper was functioning to my expectations. Don't go anywhere else if you care about your clothes.

Fantastic service by very helpful people. I brought my ski jacket to them with a faulty zipper. The zipper needed to be replaced. My bigger problem - I just discovered the problem midafternoon on the day before leaving for a week long ski trip. Fortunately I had a back-up ski jacket which I could take instead and I mentioned that to them when I brought in my ski jacket for repair. Nonetheless they were genuinely concerned and very helpful and wanted to try and get it repaired ASAP. They asked me to leave it with them and would call me in about 2 hours to let me know if they could indeed repair it that day. Sure enough, they called to say it was fully repaired and I picked it up less than 2 hours after I had dropped it off. Fantastic service by very helpful people. I will definitely go back again and I would highly recommend their services. Excellent.
