RBC Royal Bank

Worst location, so insanely slow it’s almost unbelievable. Never enough tellers and always a huge line. Don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 25min standing in line, and typically much longer.

I use a cane. Long lines and its painful. Otherwise nice tellers and good service.

Incredibly slow service, I recently won a judgement against this RBC branch for their negligent" handling of my loan

In 2001 I started Home Protector through my branch. I purchased Sunlife insurance as it was a better place to invest my money in the event of death for my family in Feb 2017. March 1st 2017: I went into my Branch at McAllister mall. They started this insurance, they can cancel it for me. The teller looked up the form online in her system. Completed a form...I signed it. She said she will fax it and kept it. I trust my bank and did not ask for fax verification and copy of what she was sending. I went in again in June/Sept as monthly withdrawls occurred. I gave the system time to correct and retro the funds that they were taking. The teller even called in Sept 2017 Home Protector. He emailed them too and I signed papers again. Now we are in Dec 2017...The same teller now wrote a letter on my behalf and had me sign it and sent it to home protector. Payments stopped only in JAN 2018. I was told my funds will go into my savings account. I am owed a full year of the RBC home protector payments that I feel were fraudulent removed for the entire year. My cibc mortgage took 3 months and yes, I had to go there twice. This is ridiculous. I called HP insurance Mar 9/18 and went into my Branch again on March 12/2018 with my complaints. He still has not responded to me. I am so upset with my bank. Is this how you keep stealing clients money out of their accounts by never canceling their insurance when they go into their branch and cancel it??? you keep blowing them off...hoping they will give up. I still have investments at RBC. I own 2 properties...one is fully paid. My new car and trail are paid for. When I want further investments, where do I go? A place I can trust and know when I go into the branch they cancel what I request immediately...or the bank that leads me on and never cancels it until I sell my home! I am so upset and feel like I have been taken advantage of.

Absolutely awful! Dosent matter when i go to this branch its always a 20 min wait. 9 people in line and only one teller. When i asked the woman at the business window if we could have another teller she said ya i know ill be another 5 minutes. Customer should take precedence. She continued to ignore everyone. The tellers are nice but Customer service sense of urgency and paying attention is terrible.

Screwed up my mortgage twice, gave me a line of credit for a new kitchen and upded my interest rate by 7 percent just after I bought the kitchen and the staff seem to come and go by the day.....

Service sucks, do not go to this branch, service really Sucks- you wait forever to get served.

The best customer service! Heads up to that.Tellers are really customer friendly at this location , honestly like I was there to get some change but I came back with reduced account fee, I thought it can’t better....she got me 6 months of my service fee back.She told me, I shouldn’t pay high fees for the service I don’t use!At any given day I would choose this location for my banking needs.Teller - PEGGY

Can't even change a bill unless you're a member. Poor service, don't bother. What's the point in being a bank or credit union if you're not going to do something as simple as that.
