We had our septic system fail it's real estate sale inspection and needed to have a replacement tank installed. If you've ever tried to find out what all of the steps are in King County for doing this kind of work you may know that it is incredibly difficult.The Septic group was amazing. Rhea, their master installer was endlessly patient with my questions throughout the process, and Dylan and Tim were efficient and did great work. The whole team kept everything moving during an incredibly stressful time for my spouse and I. I am incredibly grateful for their effort and would recommend working with them if you need any work done.

I had my Septic Tank pumped and the employee was exceptional. He helped me dig up the lid that we missed, he pumped my tank and rinsed it out! He cleaned the baffles and left my tank sparkling clean. He was so nice. I will definitely use this company again. We installed the risers so no more digging!

The tech and office personnel were professional, on time, provided final report in record time, and worked with us and our remote situation seamlessly. The Septic Group was fantastic-quick response time, friendly, and professional.Stephan came out to service our tank. He was great- helpful and knowledgeable. We thought we had dug out our lid location, but he knew there was a second lid that was a better access- he dug that without any hesitation and finished the job quickly and efficiently.

American Energy Systems fixed my heat pump after the drain pipe froze causing my furnace to stop working. They came out promptly and restored my heat.
