Even when problems arise, and they will in any massive project, their patience and ability to adapt to each unique situation put my mind at ease everytime. When most contractors would get their stuff and run out on you, Geoff sits with you to weigh your options. Due to his vast knowledge of the field, solutions and alternatives were presented right away.I can’t say enough about these guys and I can be a perfectionist and want things done properly.The only problem is because of the high level of excellence you might have to wait a bit before getting them. Geoff and his team did a fantastic job building the new deck of our dreams. We opted to go with Trex which was a little more expensive but the end result was well worth the cost. The team at Ottawa's Finest worked very hard and gave great attention to detail - every post was perfectly straight and measurements were exact. We could not be happier and our family will get many years out of our new deck. I would recommend this busines to anyone and everyone. Geoff who is the owner didn't make us feel as we are only a customer but made us feel like he actually cared and was looking out for us. His main guy Trevor who installed our PVC fence made our very un even backyard look amazing. He took pride in his work and didn't stop until we were happy. I ran into Geoff's truck at an ice-cream shop! I talked to him about the problem I have with my deck-balcony. He patiently explained what I can do and added that I could call him, so he can come and take a look.I called the next day, and he opened some time in an hour or so after our talk to come and take a look. What I would like to mention here is that before he came, he knew that he is not the one who is going to do the job since it wouldn't cost more than $1000. He just came to help a totally stranger by giving his professional advice.He gave me peace of mind by assuring me that my deck, though having problem, is still safe to be used.I appreciate what you did and wish you the best!
