Had a good visit both times. They were not pushy sales. Explained my situation of needing to downgrade from two cars to an up to day one car. They catered to my needs to Suite my family. It was very straight forward and simple. Would recommend this location more than others as the other Chrysler locations were very sales pushy. Same company but this site has a very different approach. I will recommend for sure. Speak to Tall Bob... He is your man...

I had a great experience here.The staff are very helpful and so courteous! They took me in without an appointment and looked at my truck and fixed it in record time faster than 15minutes as well as checking under vehicle to check to ensure my safety! Great Customer service and support

I have purchased 4 vehicles in 4 yrs here and the sales are stereotypical cars salesmen so as long as you know what you want and how much your good, however stay away from the service. I bought a $75K 2019 Ram and what a lemon and I bought it new for business ( my second one). It has been in the shop more than on the road and each time they take days to repair it and never offer a loaner and I use this for business to pay the huge bill they will be sending me. My Ram is currently in there again for the 10th time and they give me anywhere from 7 to 14days to repair it for a crankcase sensor and fuse panel AND ITS A 2019 for crying out loud. I got the hemi tic in 2020 they repaired under warranty and guess what no more warranty but the hemi tic is back ( poor workmanship ? possibly) more than $14,000 in repairs for a 2019 and service is $hit. I'm looking at switching to South Bank Dodge and I have filed a complaint with Fiat Chrysler corp.

First off, the service department is one of the worst around. They charfe you for stuff you dont need. My wife Van did the brake all around. As soon as we pick up, we had to bring it back in a piece came off.. went in to look at trucks.. only verbal pricing.. they wouldn't provide me with papee. Anyways.. would not recomment.

Excellent service. Had my vehicle at a corner garage who wanted close to 1,000 to repair an engine leak. Took it to Orleans Dodge who repair the issue for much much less. Sticking with this dealership from now on. Honest and fast.

Greg was our sales man and he did an amazing job… he is still young but knew the content. And we ended up with this beautiful ram in less than 2 hours. I went with my husband and for once buying a car was not a chore… ladies Greg is not hard on the eyes either !!!

I just had my 2021 black Jeep wrangler serviced here this morning. Joel Thibault helped me and he was amazing. Despite his shop being busy, he stayed respectful and professional. I would recommend people to go here, not only for servicing but for sales as well, since the atmosphere is very welcoming and positive. Thanks Joel!

I purchased my new truck for work and a new van for my wife and kids, everything was great until we went on our first trip. None of the tv's worked, tried a dvd it wouldn't read the disc, tried the usb drive and didn't work. Called the dealer and service, they shrugged their shoulders and blamed us. We were told to contact chrysler and they're just as useless, their excuse was there isn't any updates for that issue.Ok whats the solution, call back in the spring"This dealer is a FRAUD! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH A BROKEN DOWN BRAND NEW VEHICLE!SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FROM BEING WASTED LOOK ELSEWHERE!"

flat out lied to by one of the sales team members. was told it was no longer possible to 'build your own 2023' Jeep and it is very much still possible. was also low balled quite a bit on my current Jeep (compared to 3 other Jeep dealers that all gave me similar buy out figure).
