Love this store from the atmosphere. Great selection of stationery, clothes, snacks, and so on. The interior design has an unique feeling to it, the branding is good quality and fair pricing overall. Great staffs.

Very interesting store. First visit and I was blown away with the sheer magnitude of the selection of product. Most seemed good quality and the prices were good. Store can get busy at times. Will go again.

Good spot for your basics. Always options for linen and baggy style clothing. I often by their men's clothes in small sizes too

Love their products but their service could really improve. I was scolded for not having a receipt for picking up embroidery even though I was never told this was required for pick up. I had to call them to ask when my product would be ready and still no one mentioned that I needed to bring anything to pick up. Don’t scold your customers for something that you failed to mention twice.

Love to explore muji each time. They have a wide variety of goods and clothing, just wished they have a wider furniture selection.

I love this store and always visit it when I'm in Metrotown. There is such a minimalist and clean style to everything. A soothing melody and a scent of lavender or something else which is so calming are always playing in the background.

We purchased a sofa from Muji Metrotown December 2022 and it was delivered on January 31, 2023. We found out that the legs that came with the sofa were oversized. They were 26cm long and the box stated that they should not be attached to a sofa nor an ottoman. Should have been 12cm. Spoke with the first manager on February 2nd and the 12cm legs have been ordered. It's now into June and we've not received the legs yet! The second manager I contacted could not give me an ETA on its arrival and left it as don't call us

Muji and Uniqlo both have the organization and navigation experience that makes it very easy to look for items you're looking for. I always stop by here whenever I need school supplies. They also sell all sorts of items from clothing, bags for travel and tiny furnitures. Prices are reasonable but wouldn't recommend if you're on a tight budget.
